Boletin semanal de la TSM en el litoral peruanoEl BS TLP es un producto de la Dirección General de Investigaciones Oceanográficas y Cambio Climático (DGIOCC) y de las Sedes Descentralizadas del Instituto del Mar del Perú (IMARPE) en las localidades de Tumbes, Paita, San José, Huanchaco, Chimbote, Huacho, Callao, Pisco, Camaná e Ilo.

El BS TLP tiene el objetivo de informar a la sociedad de las variaciones térmicas y las anomalías en la costa peruana a una escala semanal, como mejorar el conocimiento de la variabilidad térmica del litoral peruano a esta escala temporal. Este producto integra nuevos elementos de información como las estaciones de Atico y Matarani en el sur del Perú. Además, la estimación de las anomalías térmicas se realiza en función de promedios semanales para el período 1981-2010 o menor periodo, dependiendo del inicio de registros en las estaciones oceanográficas.

Weekly Bulletin of the Sea Surface Temperature along the Peruvian coast (BS TLP)


TThe BS TLP is a product of the General Directorate of Oceanographic Research and Climate Change (DGIOCC) and regional laboratorios of the Institute of the Sea of Peru (IMARPE) in the localities of Tumbes, Paita, San José, Huanchaco, Chimbote, Huacho, Callao, Pisco, Camaná and Ilo.

The BS TLP has the objective of informing society of the thermal variations and anomalies in the Peruvian coast on a weekly basis, as well as improving the knowledge of the thermal variability along the Peruvian coast at this time scale.

This product integrates new pieces of information such as Atico and Matarani stations in southern Peru. In addition, the thermal anomalies are estimated based on weekly averages for the period 1981-2010 or shorter periods, depending on the start of records at oceanographic stations.
